Yep, and with rolled fenders you should be able to fit up to a 275 in rear pretty easy.

and rolling fenders something easy to do or?

It would be best to roll all 4, you are going pretty far outside of the recommended width/offset range for FD's. Rolling them is a pretty easy job if you rent, buy or borrow a fender rolling tool and a heat gun, you can also do it with a baseball bat.
