the lug pattern fits but im not sure about the offset.... im pretty sure i will have the roll the rear fenders but im not sure...

that offset on the front should work, but theres no way that low of an offset will fit on the rear.. i dont think that will clear the brakes

Not even close. The rear offset needs to be +45-50mm.

With that bolt pattern and an offset of +17, those wheels will NOT fit, no way, no how, hell no.

Nope, you can go lower! I ran 10" wide wheels out back w/ an offset of +43 and had no problems.

Running a 275/40/17 tire on a 17x10 wheel with a +40 offset.. no rubbing issues

On the bolt pattern, it says 5x114.3 and 4x114.3 (apparently the wheels work with both patterns). The RX-7 is 5x114.3, so it sounds like they would bolt up.

But, the 17mm offset for the rears is too low. They will stick out of the fender, or at least stick out far enough for a lot of tire-destroying contact on bumps. Spacers can only lower the offset, so they will be of no help here.

I bet you can find something better for $2000.
