will these wheels fit on my FD?

they fronts are 18x8 +30 offset and rear are 18x9 +40 offset
i'll be using 245/40/18 and 275/35/18 tires..

The rears are fine. The fronts you can't run with that size tire. The rears are fine. I think you'll need to run a 225/40 up front.
