17 x 8, +30 with 225/45/17 in the front
17 x 9, +30 with 245/40/17 in the rear

 

Yeah that's pretty much a ideal offset for a 17x8,17x9 combo on a FC3S without having to roll the fenders.You probably can use a 235/40 on the fronts also without trouble,or at the very least an absolute minimum inner lip roll depending how low the ride height is on your car.
