Will these fit

I had these wheels and tires on my 300ZX and i'm wondering if I should sell them or will they be good on the FD. I'm on STD coilovers with slight drop. Thanks

18x8.5 +30 with 245/40/18 tires
18x10 +25 with 275/35/18 tires

some pull and flaring of fenders will be needed to fit those.
