will rims this size rub the fenders with my suspension mods?

18" wheels....No idea what offset.... 285/35R-18 Michelin Pilot MXM's rear, 245/40R-18 front.
I have H&R springs and Koni Yellows...will these rims be too big even with rolled fenders?

not much we can tell you without knowing the offsets. 275s almost always fit in the rear without rubbage.. 285s sometimes will, depends on the tires and drop... rolling the fenders should allow a 285 rear
Yep, knowing the offsets is a must. The fronts are almost 1" larger in diameter over stock, so adjustable coilovers and rolling the fenders will probably be needed (assuming the offsets are within range). And with the 285s out back (10" wide wheel?), you may need aftermarket trailing arms/toe links to clear.
