no they wouldn't the offset is different. My friend used to have an M3 with TE-37's and my FD has TE37's and you can clearly see the difference in how the two wheels are made completely different and you can see hwo it clearly wouldn't fit

it doesnt have anything to do with the offset, the bolt patterns are different

That's confirmed, as the SSR Comps for an E36 M3 do not fit an FD Rx7 due to bolt pattern and centerbore differences...a shame since the M3 fitment is 9 x 17 all the way around... vs my 8.5/9.5 x 17 fr/rr asymmetric fitment.

Yeah don't forget about the centerbore and boltpattern. Then worry about offset. It's kinda funny when asked these questions. German to Japanese is almost never possible unless you have the E30 which was 4x100. Any Honda in the world can exchange rims with those practically.

I would never have thought german to japenese but since fiske actaully makes the same wheels for the rex I figured it might just be because they had the same fitment.

Huh? Fikse makes wheels to order, so an E-36 M3 Fikse fitment will NOT necessarily fit an FD Rx7.
