will 275x40x17 fit on my FC
im looking for some wider tires to handle the 400 horsies i got under the hood will they fit or will they rub?

yah they'll fit. +35mm offset or less. with 35, you'll only need to roll the inner lip of the fender. beyond that though the fenders need to start flaring
(my rear tires are 285/40/17 on a 27mm offset wheel)
