Will 245-45's fit a stock 93 rx7?

I have a 93 rx7 with stock 225-50-16 tires and stock rims. Would 245-45-16 tires fit?

This tire size is the best application for auto-x. Also fits fine on stock wheels. What tires you looking at? I suggest the Bridgestone S-02's. Thats what I have and they rock!
