Will 18x9.5 +44 work on all 4 corners of my FD?
The wheels I'm considering are offered in 18x9.5 with a +44 offset. I want to use this size on all 4 corners but I'm worried I'll rub up front. I don't really know how it would be out back. They also offer a 18x8.5 +44, but I don't know if that would be any better up front. I'd like to use the 9.5 all the way around. If the offset is too low would it be worth it to use a spacer? And what size tires would be ideal for these widths/offsets?

I don't recommend 18x9.5 +44 up front. 18x8.5 +44 will be fine though.
And using spacers will make things worse. They move the wheel out more - same as lowering your offset.

You'll be OK with 18x9.5 +44 offset up front with rolled fenders, but you'll have to stay at close to stock ride height (either with stock suspension or coilovers). You'll still have to be careful in certain situations, like entering steep driveways at an angle and such. Like SpeedKing stated, it's a very aggressive fitment and does require care (that size/offset is the equivalent of running 18x10 +50 offset, which is pretty much the limit of what you can put up front).
You'll be very fine in the rear. Ideal tire size all around would be 265/35 18.
The 8.5 +44 is also a very good fitment up front with 235/40s and will not require fender rolling or ride height restrictions. The downside is losing tire rotation and having a bit of understeer in street driving.
