Widest tire for 6.5 inch wheel
I don't know if this is the right forum but it is for a FC so I am putting this here. Now to the point, I have the BBS Vert wheels on my car. They are 15x6.5 inches and I was wondering if it would be safe to put 215's on them, or if I should just stick with 205's. Thanks for any help.

That has some good info, but I was wondering if the tire would actually fit on the wheel safely, I am pretty sure a 215 tire will be fine inside the wheel well.

I agree. I run 225/50-15's all around on my 91. It is the ABSOLUTE widest that you can go on that rim. Check out www.tirerack.com..........I got my Kumho's for $50+ a tire.........great deal!!!
