Wheels to get

Ok I'm about to get some new wheels and need suggestions.

I am very interested in the Enkei RS-6 (17x7 with 205/40/R17). I drive a 1990 TurboII. I found a website that seels them for $899 with tires.

I'm looking to spend around $1000. Can anyone in here make some suggestions? Does anyone have any nice Wheels for sale in here?

I have RS-6's on my N/A. I am pleased with them. They are pretty easy to clean too. Go for it!

Man why are you guys trying to cut severe corners. Those wheels will fit but I'm not taking liability if they don't. that's e-bay after all.

As for running 17,7's with that offset I say no way. That looks way to odd to me. Plus you're running a FWD fitment on a car that's RWD.

Why don't you get an 8" wheel for the car? Or at least a 7.5" width.

Thanks, Rishie

Call me crazy but I like these: http://www.eaglewheels.com/203.htm

I don't know anything about wheels, so I don't know what sizes to go with, or what will fit, and offsets, etc...can someone help me out? Would 16x8's be good?

typing to me are you? well... I was just stating that there is a reason why no imports have those rims... IMHO (which I think covers more than just me)... these would not look so good on an FD3S... or any import for that matter... it was just my opinion. that's all... no need to get testy... and show the other kids on the internet that you just made poo.

Yeah, the guys, what about them? Are you proud 'cause you found a picture? Honestly I don't give a damn about what you or anyone else thinks would look good on my car, I just asked a question and it seems all you can do is flame me for liking something not so common. Also, you call me a kid, yet you use a "your mother" comeback. Interesting retort.

wop--looks like a good crew! I need help changing to racing brake pads and slicks at the track...you guys up for that?

emagdnim--wheels are a personal thing...but if you're looking for wheel help for an FC Rx7, Rishie (ARD T2) is your man. As for your choice in wheels, I some how think your eagle wheel will not be available in the size and offset you're looking for...the eagle wheels look more like they belong on a trick SUV or hot rod or something...but they don't belong on an Rx7 (FC or FD)...just my opinion (flames not included)...

look... when you posted some thing on the internet... which people look at, read, view what ever... you are going to get feedback... and it might not all be positive... so what... if you don't like someone's opinion well than I am sorry... but get over it... it is just an OPINION!!!

showing your insecurities again *tisk* *tisk*... I was not calling just you a kid... I was referring to all as kids... and the mother bit was so you would comprehend.

EDIT: pic removed.

I'll agree with SleeperR1 that those rims belong on either an SUV or a pickup truck or even an old school muscle car.

They would not look right on any import car. But then again different strokes for different folks.

Don't you think those would be very heavy also?!?!

First off that is (most) of my car club. And if you check out our site (http://home.mchsi.com/~qc3 or http://home.mchsi.com/~forsakencars) and look under services, we can do more than brake pads and tire swaps.
Thank you for your actual help, I'm glad someone was finally not a *****. I'm starting to see I can't find the right offset, which pisses me off, because like I said, it'd be something very, very different, and that's what I go for. I personally hate the spoke-style rims that everyone puts on imports, too damn plain IMO, but I wouldn't flame someone for it. Hell, if I really wanted to I could classify them as ricey because they're so popular, but I won't, because that's not my place to call something rice just because I don't like it.
