Lightbulb Which wheels to buy (FD3S)?

Hi there guys, need some help here
I m going to order some SSR wheels but do not know which specification to choose for the front and rear axis
I know that I want 19x10 for rear and 19x8,5 for the front axis
but I dont know if it will fit the arcs without having it widen. Can someone help and give some advice?

BTW there s a chart of measures provided by SSR company, and I m not fully understanding it
actually I don't get the difference between
■Super Low Disk: 5/98~5/130,4/98~4/114.3
■Normal Disk: 5/98~5/130,4/98~4/114.3
■Medium Disk: 5/98~5/130
■Hyper Disk: 5/98~5/130
with this issue help is also appreciated
