Wheels Boutique and HRE Wheels

As a vendor, I VERY rarely write a review about another vendor unless they exceed my expectations, which is an anomaly in the very least. My experience with Corey Yandle (Wheels Boutique) and Nick at HRE wheels was more than I could ever hope for, I owe it to the rest of the members here to know they have a go to person in the wheel industry.

My experience started when the HRE wheels developed a small crack on a used Panamera. The Panamera was used and came with the HRE wheels, I was not the original buyer, which shows that Wheels Boutique and HRE truly stand behind their product. Anyways, I contacted Corey about my issue and he took care of EVERYTHING. Literally, I knew step by step where we were in the process and was never left in the dark. He even was able to have HRE replace ALL four wheels since the old wheels were discontinued/could possibly have an issue in the future. All costs, including shipping were paid for and they rushed my replacement order through so I had them very quickly. FLAWLESS transaction.

Honestly, I expected to pay out of my own pocket to replace the wheel since the warranty long expired and I wasn't even the original purchaser. All of my future purchases will 100% be done through Corey at Wheels Boutique. Hats off to Wheels Boutique and HRE wheels for standing behind their product along with delivering exceptional customer service.

Wheels Boutique is no bullshit. I had the pleasure of spending a bit of time there when I lived in Miami. Everyone there is honest - be it good, bad or indifferent.

I remember a situation where a guy had a set of HRE wheels that someone 'modified' the offset on (basically took down the hub portion a few mil). HRE inspected the wheels, ran serial numbers, did measurements and figured out what they were originally and what they were now. Ended up replacing one to the exact specs EVEN THOUGH IT WAS MODIFIED.

Two thumbs way up.
