wheel sizes.

lets say i wanted to run 17's in the front, and 18's in the rear.

what are the widest tires i could put on there without rubbing or having the wheels stick out of the fenders?

With a 17 up front (why?), you will be limited to 265/40 17, as any wider will be too tall. This will require a minimum 9" wide wheel, offsets must be +45 to +50.

With 18s in the back, 285 is the practical limit. This will require a 10" wheel with an offset in the +43 to +50 range.
