Wheel Identification

What kind of wheels are these. I love the huge lip. They could be a bit larger though.

i'm not sure what they are, but tsw just put out a very similar wheel (without the twin spoke) that has an even bigger lip and is made in an offset that will fit a lowered fd. i'll try to find a link if you're interested.
