Unhappy is this wheel fixable?

nailed a curb coming out of a round a bout a lil fast (all fun till i hit the curb lol)

i only damaged the lip and its still holding air. been driving as is for over 2 weeks now

im thinking of having some one weld it and then getting it onto a lathe and re turning the lip... or am i bat **** crazy?

what do ya think? any ideas on cost?
