Wheel Fitment Opinions

Before everybody starts saying search, i did. Im just looking for opinions on what i've decided on using the excel spreadsheet as a reference. So my car is pretty low, with the stockers on it i'm running 25" from the ground to the highest point of the fender lip all around and i want to keep it that way. I'm gonna run 18's i know that much. Pretty much what i'm look at is 18x9 +40 on the front and 18x10 +43 on the back. Now the clearances according to the spreadsheet are as follows. Front offset +40, Tire clearance outside 0.07, Tire clearance inside 0.93. Rear Offset +43, Tire clearance outside 0.19, Tire clearance inside 0.31. Tires will be a 245/40r18 all around. I dont like the "hella flush" look so dont tell me to run narrower tires, i'll adjust offset if i have to. Anybody running a similar setup with pics? Or does anybody have any advice or comments on the setup? I'm trying to avoid pulling the fenders. I'll roll them but i dont want to pull them. LMK.

I wouldn't say run narrower tires, the rears especially already seem narrow for the rim.
Your calculated clearances (1/16") seem a bit tight, tolerances on everything being what they are.

What is your objective? More for performance or style?

trying to keep it 50/50 performance and style. Thats why i'm choosing 18's over 17's. I plan on running a mickey thompson et street radial on the back and the closest thing i can get to fit is the 245/40r18, the next step up is a 265/35 which is basically the same size, and then a 295 which is too much.
