Which wheel is avail. in 17x9 & 9.5?
1) How much will a 17x9.5" (+5) wheel stick out past the stock (unrolled/unmodified) FC rear fender?
2) Are there any wheels available on the market today that come in 17x9 (+15) and 17x9.5 (+5)?
The only wheels I've seen that come close to that combo above is the Volk TE37. However, the 17x9.5 is only available in a +12 offset.
*I realize CCW may be able to build me wheels to my specs, but I'm curious to know if there are any wheels on the market that are readily available in those sizes I mentioned above.

I run a 17x9 5zigen FNO1Rc out back on my FC and the offset is +35, you can find pics thru the link in my sig. I run Tein Flex coilovers and have a good 1/2" to 3/4" clearance to the coilover perch and on the outside, the edge of the wheel is right to the egde of the unmodified fender lip.
If you run a 17x9 with +15 offset, that wheel will move outwards 20mm compared to mine and thats over 3/4" (20mm/25.4mm-per-inch = .7874inch)
now youre getting outside of the fender....
if you run a 17x9.5 with +5 offset, you place the edge of the wheel about 36mm farther outwards than on my 9" wheel is, that is 1.4" more outwards.
(.5"/2 = 6.35mm for the added width + the 30mm difference in offset)
I dont know which wheels come in those offsets without searching all over the net, but there are a load of wheels in 17x9 and some in 17x9.5 or 17x10 from 5zigen, volk, enkei, racing hart, ccw.

Yes, sorry I had forgot to mention that I had already figured out how far the wheels would protrude from the fenders.
I will be running +30mm wider front fenders and will be rolling/flaring the rear fenders out about 1". With a 17x9 +15, it should fit just perfectly inside of the front fenders. With a 17x9 +5, the outer rim of the wheel will sit right at the stock fender-lip, or less than 1/4" past it. But with my rear fender rolling/flaring, it should sit just perfectly within the fenders.
I also do not want to run larger than a 10" wide wheel out back because I want to keep the difference in the stagger setup as minimal as possible while running as wide a wheel as I can up front with sufficient clearance.
