What's the lowest offset that'll fit on rolled fenders

I am wonder what is the lowest offset you can fit on stock rolled fenders on a FD. I am planning on running 17x 8.5 on the fronts and 17x9.5 in the rears. I am wondering if a +30 offset will fit on the fronts and a +22 on the rears. The tires sizes would be 235/40/17 and 255/40/17. Please tell me what sizes and offset you guys run. I know the typical offset is +40 and +38.

Thanks,
Calvin

That's too low. Even with rolled fenders.
