i've been looking a at a set of "racing beat, eibach and tien springs" to lower the car an inch. for a little better handling and for better looks.. but don't want the car to be bouncing a lot. so i was wondering if anybody knows whats a good set of springs i can get thats kinda on a budget...
and also my car is an 88 gtu TII thanks for any advice =)

oftentimes the bouncing you might be referring to is caused by weak shocks that don't match the spring rate.
