What wheels are these?
Are these wheels Racing Hart C4s? Does anyone know who this car belongs to, or what size they are? I found some other pictures of Racing Hart C4 on the internet, and they look similiar, but they dont have as many studs around the lip. Also it seems like these wheels may be discontinued, anyone know?

Those wheels are Racing Hart C2s. Don't think they're available any more. And the car belongs to a Jose, can't remember what his last name was. The car is located in Florida, and there was a story on its build-up in the Import Speed South website (where that picture is from), and as nice as that car is, it's salvaged.
