what do you mean it doesnt matter? stock tires are 205/60/15, wider tires would be 225/50, so 215 would be 55. im planning on buying 8 tires of someone that are 195/60/15. at first i thought they were too small but i just seen a set on my friend 240 and it looks ok. i dont think it should be more than 2% smaller over stock radius. thanks

"Proper" tire size is very much a function of availability, not what's actually right. A 225/50/15 is shorter than stock for instance, but it's an available size for some good tires, so it's used more than a closer to stock 225/55/15.

yea it doesnt matter the radius is just how fat the tires are if you got say like a 70 they would probably look like drag radials or if you got a 45 radius it would be really skinny
195-60-15 is stock.
I run 215-60-15, I think they fill the wheel well better. The 225 is too wide for the stock BBS rim... I've tried.
215 = width in cm.
60 = 60% of the tire width is its height.
That means a 195-60 would have a shorter sidewall than a 215-60 and not be as wide.
