I just want to know what kind of rims are these and do they come polished like this or is it extra to have them in a polished finished? Also I want these rims with a big lip and im about to order the re-amemiya 2k2 GT widebody kit and it says u can use up to 11"s in the front and up to 13"s in the back If I were actually to get that big in the back what offset will work? IM not understanding how the offset thing works yet even though everyone tried to explain it to me! IM a newbie to rims

Those are HRE's. I'll let someone else explain offsets. There are many guys that are way better at this then me.
