What offset do I need?

I'm looking at picking up some 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 wheels for my FD and I was wondering what offset that I need for the wheels and what size tires? My FD is going to be lowered by Tein s-springs at the same time.

A +40 willl always work well and is pretty standard. A +45 is even better. For standard driving a very common setup is 235/40/18 and 265/35/18 for those width wheels.

Just curious, but what wheels are you looking at?

Rishie (ARD T2) is a supplier of some really nice wheels.
