I really wanted a good tire for the money.
It looks like the Kuhmo 712's come in a variety of sizes but I wanted the Falken Azenis Sports & of course their not in that size.
what else is available thats a great all around tire for the $$? Anyone use the Yokohama E100s?

Go here, type in size and type of tire (max performance, etc)

www.tirerack.com

Tire rack has very good prices and will even ship to a local installer to mount them for you.

Don't cheap out on the tires, everything you do -- accelerate, brake, and turn --- is done through the tires. At the least, get some Dunlop SP8000s or the Yokohama ES100s. A lot of people have tried the Kumho 712s and have said they are ****. Do a search.

I just put on a set of Yokohama ES100 tires, 245/45-wr16. I must say they are awsome! Vastly superior to the tires I had before (Dont buy Fulda tires from Big-O). The Fuldas were so loud (sound like super swampers) and didnt grip worth a damn but these are completely silent and grip quite nicely.
I got mine at Discount Tire for a little less than $580 installed.

I got ES100, and have auto-x them too.
They grip better than what I have before
Dunlop SP8000 and Yoko A520
