weird

sup guys,
i was checking my brakes yesterday, seeing if they needed to be replaced, and i noticed that my driver rear tire, has been the victim of negative camber. my suspension is still stock. i was thinking ill just take it to my buddys lift and rotate the tires...but that is only a bandaide, i was wondering would bushing cause this or is it just low tire pressure...?
