ive got a set of koni yellows on my fd for about 5 years now. i bought them used and dont have an original reciept but 2 or 3 of them are blown and i wanted to get them replaced. ive heard that koni has a lifetime waranty, anyone dealt with them and waranty issues before? anything i should know to say/ or not say when i call them?

 

They won't replace/rebuild them for free unless you have the reciept.

They will probably ask you for the receipt or for info about when/where you purchased. Give it a try though. Can't hurt.

I had a warranty claim once on Bilsteins on another car and they fixed them w/o hassle since I had the receipt. I think I had purchased them from shox.com.
