Volk Te 37 18x9.5" +22 offset questions

The first FD I drove 12 years ago had bronze Volk te 37,s and I have always loved how they look, now I have a chance to get some so pending looking at them I,m going to ask if anyone has,

18x9.5" +22 offset pictures ? or any concave face (not that I need to salivate anymore)

I,m guessing a 245/45 tire wil fit up front,Thanks.

Very nice ! Drool ce 28n,s

The rears will fit fine its the fronts I,m not too sure about.

I have a second set of Enkei RP01 18 x 9.5 wheels right now with a 35 offset running a 255/35 tire up front with the fender rolled it is not a problem so maybe I can extrapolate from that.
