yup just a tease
actually I posted it because in my orginal thread I was whining so badly about what would fit and the "black chrome" color that I thought it would be nice to post that I finally figured out how to calculate fitment myself and the decision of the color. Also, I put the pics up since it seems not not that many people have seen the black chrome (Rays Metal Coat) besides Ray's website pics.
My car is painted IBM...here check out the progress....this is when I had the car almost done....and then took it apart again!!!

Very nice, congrats on the rims. I'm just curious about your central console( the one in the link) is custom, not the carbon fiber, but the leather peice. Because it looks very smooth.

I think I am going to have to redo it though as I stretch the vinyl to get perfect edges as the glue dried. Well, after a couple months, the vinyl start to pull back and some of the edges are curlying up. You can't see it unless you know where to look....but I'm too **** rententive and probably will end up redoing it one of these days.
Good eye!!

Here are the wheels and tires test mounted. It should clear EVERYTHING without a problem
Also the extra pad height is evident up front with the old stocker brakes. It should clear the 99 with no issues.
The tires are Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 255/35/18 and 275/35/18.

Here are some quick shots of the car on the ground.
Installed the Zerk fittings for Jimlab's bushings, 99 spec brakes for the rears (waiting for dust shields from RX7store before installing the front), and adjusted the coilovers.
I measure the height from the bottom of the fender to the ground and measured 26" front and back. I think I have enough clearance to get to the 25" Howard Coleman recommended.
