Volk Racing CE28N, 35mm offset?

Quick question guys and gals, i'm thinking about picking up a used 18x9 front Volk Racing CE28 wheel for my FD, will a 35 mm offset work? Im getting it mainly as a spare for the front. Will the 35mm offset work? I know we should stay pretty close to the stock offset, would that 35 be too low an offset causing problems? Only paying some pocket change for it, and I wanted to make sure it would fit before I paid for it. FWIW i'm running the FEED front fenders, so I am a little more wide up front

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Won't fit with stock fenders. I have no idea with the Feed fenders.

Thanks for the Info Rynberg. I went ahead and picked up the rim, it didn't have any tires mounted on it, but when i fitted it, there "appeared" to be room. That and it only cost $70 bucks for the wheel.

Since it's a spare, i won't complain too much
