I think the group buy is closed - I called PBC to inquire about the 2 piece rotors but they said they are sold out... and prices for more custom rotors will be much higher than they were under the group buy (until the next group buy I guess).
You can get the OEM Type RS calipers, rotors, pads, etc. through various importers like the RX7Store, Corksport, or Mazdaspeed. Not sure if you have to be a member to buy non-US model stuff from Mazdaspeed. Since I am a Mazdaspeed member anyway, I haven't had to deal with that.
One thing you might want to check out for the rotors is the availability of replacement one piece rotors from Japan. These would probably be like the cheaper-than-OEM Brembo blanks you can get on Ebay for the US spec brakes. This will take some homework, and may save a hundred bucks or so.

Type RS Rotors fronts and rears
Mazdaspeed Motorsports Development has raised their prices on Type RS brake rotors. I initially asked Rx7 store--their price was $199/$149 each rotor, fr/rr.
I thought this was outrageous, until I called Mazdaspeed. Their price is $185 for the fronts (which are in stock). Rears are on a ship somewhere coming from Japan.
Anyhow, this is much higher than when I bought these in early 2002 ($166 each for front rotors) from Mazdaspeed (you need to have a team support member number to order from Mazdaspeed).
Must be the Yen and the US dollar exchange rates or something???!!!

i bet brembo or someone makes aftermarket rotors.... but im not sure how one would locate some if you are not in japan.... this is part of the reason why i am putting off getting the 99 calipers... at some point i think i wont be able to find rotors, and then what????
