turning rotors

I have searched the forum...

And realize the pro and cons of slot vs cross drilled rotors.....

I think the saftest rotor for me to go with are the stock or brembo replacement rotors.....(plan as a daily driver
and weekend auto-x)

but I was also looking at the dimpled one......my only question is that if the rotors need turned in the future....can you turn a dimpled rotor??????
