I have an 84 RX7 race car. I was trying to bleed the brakes to change the brakes fluid with fresh DOT 4. I have adjustable proportioning valve with the bar handle not the ****. I can’t get the fluid to come out of the rear bleeder only tried the right rear. Do I have to do something with the proportioning valve? I replaced the rear pads and want to replace all the fluid.
