Toyo R1R Feedback?
Hey everyone,
So I'm looking to get new tires shortly and am looking at the Toyo R1R. It appears to be an autocross tire however I intend to use it for HPDE and road races. Does anyone have experience using this tire in such an environment? I can't go to the full blown R888 or RA1 without being bumped up 1 class and the R1R *just* makes the cut as a street tire. I commute in my car daily but only need the tires to last 6-8 events before I have the necessary upgrades to support a competition tire next year. Any input or alternative tires would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

If you end up running them this year, please post up some perceptions of your use of them.
