Exclamation Tokico suspension question

recently bought a set of tokico suspension. I tried changing it myself and @ the end, I figured the piston rod on the top does not fit the rubber peice between 3 sticking out thingy and the washer + suspension tightening nut.

On the Tokico, the rod seem to be bigger than the semi circular rubber hole, Does any1 have the same problem? How can i get this fix or do i have to buy a new rubber peice or what can i do? Any advice will be gladly appreciated. thanks
