Tokico Dials

First off, Tokico customer support kicks ***. All I said was, "I broke the dials on my tokico's" and he interrupted me with, "What kind of car do you have? We'll send you some new ones right away." My problem is that they're here now, and I have no idea how to install them. I'm wondering if my problems actually the dials or the shocks themselves, as I can turn the little **** in the middle and it just keeps going. Will this alleviate the problem or no?

It's suppose to keep going. The shock isn't broken or messed up.

Well, you need the caps on there for that. They aren't completely round so they only go on one way. I took a picture of mine for someone a few years ago:

^ i always wondered that! i was showing my mom that you can adjust them on my last car then i start the car and she apparently just kept spinning it around and around and around. does it work like a screw method or is it just done by the position?

It's just done by the position. The Koni's are the screw type method. This is one benefit IMO with the Tokico's as you just make a few clicks and go. Makes it easy to remember your street and track setting differences rather than "number of turns". But the Koni's are still a better overall shock.

Ok, now that I've actually got them on, I see how easy it really was. Thanks for the help, somehow I managed to have both of them set to 5 just by pure chance.
