Question Toe Link help...!

Hi,
I have just fitted the Rotary Extreme Toe links to my car and it feels so much tighter at the back now which is great... except my steering is totally out of line now! My car pulls to the right when the steering wheel is centered. Im sure this is just because I need to adjust the toe links but Im not really sure how this works. What is the best length to have them, should they be exctly the same length each side and how does the length of them affect handling.

thanks

Ian

Well, the toe-links control the.....TOE!

It is important to have the links adjusted correctly, as toe-in has a major effect on the handling/steering of the vehicle. You need to either take the RE toe-links off and adjust them to exactly match the OEM ones you just took off OR EVEN BETTER -- take the car to a good alignment shop and have them set toe on the rear -- or do a full alignment if you haven't had one done in a while.

Here's a link worth reading: http//www.negative-camber.org/crispyrx7/m2link.htm:

Ian:

You need to get an alignment. Adjusting them to the stock length is just good enough for you to drive to an alignment shop.

So I expect your next purchase will be the Rotary Extreme trailing arms?
