Tire Weights... post yours here.

I don't want to contribute to the frenzy of wheel weight conciousness and paranoia, but at a time where wheels are labeled as CRAP on account of an excess pound or two, there seems to be little in terms of weight info for tires.

For what it's worth, I would like to contribute this information Weighed by yours truly), and hopefully others will follow to add their own. Here we go...

Yokohama A048 285/30/18... 26 lbs.

The Toyo Proxes T1-S tires I use which are 225/50/16 weigh 22.7 lbs.

225/50-16 = 23 lbs
255/40-17 = 22.8 lbs

Michelin Pilot Sport IIs:

245/40-17 = 22.6 lbs
