Getting a set of Volk's, looking to get 17x8.5's front and 17x9.5's in the rear. What tire sizes should I get and what offset?

I was think 235/40 front and 265/40 rear...is that close? And the offset I was thinking is +38......



Here are the sizes available and the offsets, which is the best?

17x8.5 +22 +30 +40..... this would be in the front
17x9.5 +12 +22 +38......this would be for rear

I would like the wheels to look fairly even, maybe a little staggered, I kinda want the rear to stick out a little like a drag car....
