Tire Impressions :: General Exclaim UHP
So being in seattle has done a number on my tires, all the potholes and wet grounds. So in search for a new tire i went to tirerack.com to look at some good ones that would fit the oem wheel.

I did some forum searching too, and found that the Khumo escta SPT was the best tire for your money, price at around 300 shipped for all 4. but it was rated 6 in its catagory? I looked at number 1 and it was the General Exclaim UHP. So i took a leap of faith and i bought these, not even hearing about the name of the brand. Popularity seems to be a big issue when finding quality parts for your car.
Anywho the tire deffinatly went beyond my expectations. i went from a 205/55/16 to a 225/50/16 all 4 corners to use the most tire on the ground but still keep OEM ratios. The tire is sticky as hell in the rain, and grips like a champ in the dry..but its only been dry only 1 day since iv had these. Before id spin wheel when under boost (10lbs) but now im puttin myself into the seat with more grip. These are soft tires and suprising light at 11lbs per tire , which im kinda scared about tred wear....but well see how long these last and for 360 shipped..im impressed.
