Tire help..

whell i never ordered tires in my life and the owner before me has 235 tires all around and i heard that your not suppose to go over 225.. and this site is weird, im planning on ordering it from here since its cheap for really good tires http://www.discounttiredirect.com/

whell i read my tires and they are 235/17**/94 (the stars i put because i forgot it had like 2 letters in there)

whell the site when ordering tires by size dont have a way to put it like this... i have 17" rims and any one who could help me i would appreciate thanks

not all tire manufacturers make a 235 the necessary profile. having said that i run a 235/45/17 up front. your ride height and wheel offsets determine what size tire you can run

ex. the 235/xx/17

235=tire width in mm
the xx is the height of the sidewall... its a ratio, ie percentage of with
17 = the diameter of the rim

I can barely make out the tire size from your picture but it looks like it says 235/45/17. On the website you would put 235 (width) in the first box, 45 (sidewall height) in the second box, and 17 (wheel size) in the last box. Its impossible to put these numbers into the wrong boxes on the website.
