so i was unmounting a tire from my wheels, and i accidentally ripped a part of the bead out. i am wondering if its safe to remount it on, and if it'll hold air.

If it was me, I'd be ordering a brand new Star Spec. Your life is worth more than $100 bucks

I'd be concerned with the tire not holding air with load on it (i.e. a bend on the highway). I wouldn't use it, but I'm not tire expert.

What he said. It's not worth the gamble when you could just get a brand new set of tires. Your safety is more important that saving a couple bucks on salvaging a damaged tire. It's best to get a new set.
