Question Tire for 16x9.5 wheel?

I am looking for tires what will fit into 16x9.5 inch wheel. The wheel fit on FD fine no rubbing, currently using 245/45/16 with a lot of stretch.

Is it better to put on 245/50/16 or stay with 245/45/16 ? I can't find larger 16 inch tires on tirerack.

Quite honestly, I can only think of competition tires that will fit something that wide.

The widest 16" street tire I'm aware of is 255/50-16.

Race tire you could go with Hoosiers 275/50-16 or Kumho's 265/50-16

255/50/16 is a bit too high for FD

yeah, the 255/50's I believe are used by Mustangs and Camaros. If you put in 4.3 gears, you can run it on the street and not effect the speedo, but the tires will look a little tall on a FD versus the stock setup.

I thought Khumo made a 265/45/16.
