for street use, 10 F and 8 R works great, I'm running tein flex right now.
also my friend's running the buddy clubs with the same spring rates and it rides pretty nicely, smooth enough for grandma but performs pretty good for spirited driving

Most of the shocks recommend a 1.5 inch drop, well I know with KYB's anymore than 1.5 inches and it voids the warranty.

I usually like to have a 1.5 finger gap between the tire and fender, but use the coilovers to the fullest and get the car corner weighed. With spring rates it is up to you but typically JDM suspensions with come with 10k fr and 8k rear or 8k fronts and 6k rears.

Like the saying goes, to tell you what spring rates to go with is like telling you what you're favorite pizza is.

cool

Thanx Guys Keep the info comin.

Right now I have a 75mm ride hieght in the rear with a 69mm spring rate.

and I dont remeber the front right off hand but I will post it, I do know that my front tires have about an 1 in. clearance from the edge of the fender.

I am Also running Drift Z 18x 7.5 wheels thought so keep that though in mind.

Thanx,
Jack
