You can't go much bigger than 8" wide in the front without rolled fenders or coilovers anyway, so that is a good size. A 225/45/17 will fit nicely on there.

I use Mazda3 wheels. 17x7.5 I believe. They look great. Looks like there are 5 rotors in the wheels.

Isn't 225 the widest you can go in front? I mean, for all intesive purposes with there actually being a tire? (no rubber band) =) 17x7.5 is fine, t2's came stock with 16x6.5 =)

You're wrong. TII's had 16x7's. But you're also right. A 225 is about as wide as you can do in the front IF you have stock fenders and suspension. With coilovers and rolled fender lips I've seen pictures of 245's and 255's up front. Some 235's fit with stock fenders and suspensions, but not all will and the offset gets critical to fit that in there. 225's give a bit more leeway and give better tire selection. I've got 17x8's with 32mm offset and 225/45/17's and they fit perfectly with no rubbing ever. That's with stock springs and stock fenders. You can go up to about a 265 in the rear I do beleive.
