Tein RE model on an FD's spring rate?

Anyone know the spring rate of the Tein RE coilovers model on an FD?

I'm going to have to pop them open to see if they are RA or RE's, my friend that's in the army took them off his car and ask if I can sell them for him, but I wanted some more info before I post them up

There are Tein RE's, they have the same 16kg/16kg spring rates
