BC Tein lowering springs and strut combo.

So I have have a question for the forum. I have a 93 FD and the suspension seems a little squishy. I have a set of tein lowering springs that I got with the car and I was thinking about my options as far as struts goes. I have been thinking about going with a set of koni adjustables. I guess my question here is how will It stack up agains a basic coil over set up? All I'm really looking to get out of it is a decent handling set up over what I have now or should I just get a set of coil overs.
The car is my daily driver/ weekend warrior. I Understand I won't have the same adjustability as a coil over and Im ok with that, any input would be greatly appreciated

PS. I searched and couldn't turn up anything.

First off, they are shocks or dampers, not struts. As far as the Teins are they the S-Tech's? If so, they will match well with Koni's. The main thing you won't have as compared to a full coilover setup is the more precise height adjustment. However, if you find you need that after getting the Koni's you can always switch over to the Ground Control Coilover sleeves to go with your Koni's.
