TE37 wheel fitment

I have a 93 FD and i’m looking to buy a set of the TE37 saga wheels for my car. I’ve read a lot of forums and everyone does something different and it’s really hard to get a understanding of what wheel size is going to work. I’ve been looking at 17x9.5 +38mm in the rear and 17x9 +30mm in the front. My fenders are rolled and the car is on BC coil overs. I also have 99 spec front brakes. Will these sizes clear the front brakes and still have that concave look that the TE’s are know for? Any help is appreciated. On top of the what is a good tire size for that size wheel and my application?

If you haven't already, check out the FD wheel fitment thread, that should give you some idea.
