Suspension Setups

Hey guys,
Anyone car to share details on their suspension setup? What have you done to it; stiffness settings; what you designed it for (autocrossing, comfort, etc.); comments.
I have a stock suspension and I just want to get a feel for what other 7 owners have done to theirs.
Thanks

Like your ecu post, you'll probably get a better response by posting in the suspension forum. I'm still stock.

The stock FD suspension is pretty good. Unless you're tracking or autocrossing the car, there's really no need to upgrade...

If anything just get the Koni Yellows and use your stock springs. THe Yellows have a 2 or 3 point perch with which you can lower the vehicle and retain use of your stock springs. Great for stock class autox too.
